Would You Dare Eat This Sandwich? Yes, this one to your lower right>

Organization development consultant & health laughter consultant Marilyn Sprague-Smith suggests caregivers or anyone who wants more joy in their lives incorporate the following 6 practices:
MONDAY is for compliments.  Look for ways you can give sincere compliments to others.
TUESDAY is for flexibility.  Try something new.
WEDNESDAY is for gratitude.  Think of the many things that you're grateful for.
THURSDAY is for kindness.  Be as nice to others as you can.  Every day should be THURSDAY for everyone!
FRIDAY is for forgiveness...of yourself and others. and.since "EVERYONE DESERVES A TREAT", especially exhausted caregivers!............SATURDAY is for chocolate.  It can be a new CD, a DVD, a pizza delivered with all the trimmings, or it can really be chocolate (DARK CHOCOLATE is actually very good for you)!!  The point being a well-earned treat for the caregiver too.  Unfortunately, my "chocolate" would've been to enjoy some real sleep longer than a brief nap.  Caregiving by yourself rarely allows for that.

I'll tell you more about possibly creating the most incredible sandwich in the USA which may be "YOUR SATURDAY IS FOR CHOCOLATE"!  Actually, I have ONE other incredibly decadent sandwich inspired from the Manhattan, New York Carnegie Deli.  You'll have to look elsewhere in this site or my book for it.  It's for Star TV Chef/Author/Restauranteur Ms. Paula Deen, where my choice to endorse her is causing me grief from both my collegues and my University alumni.

First of all, this involves DEEP-FAT FRYING.  Scatter away all who must. And of course, anyone who has dietary restrictions should be amongst this group.  Yet, this recipe can be much more healthiful if one uses canola oil rather than peanut oil.  Chef Paula occasionally uses it; however, I KNOW she uses peanut oil in her wonderful Savannah restaurant.  It also has a similar high smoke point, and peanut oil, while it is more expensive, actually has longer longivity.  And you can neither blame Chef Paula Deen nor any restauranteur in Georgia for supporting one of their largest agricultural products.

Personally, I have tried to diet many times in the past with various diet plans
